Splash Pad Rules
- Hours: 9 am to 9 pm (Unless down for maintenance)
- No lifeguard or attendant on duty
- No running or rough play allowed
- Swim/Tennis shoes recommended
- Children under six (6) must have adult supervision at all times
- Swim diapers required for all children in diapers
- No diaper changing within 30 feet of splash area
- Non-Service Animals are not allowed on the spray pad area
- No alcohol, smoking, vaping, drugs, or profanity allowed
- No glass containers of any kind allowed
- No food or drinks in the spray area
- No toys allowed
- Do not use when thunder or lightning are present
- DO NOT ENTER IF YOU HAVE BEEN SICK. A PERSON COMMITS AN OFFENSE IF THEY:
- Have skin abrasions, open sores, skin disease, eye disease, nasal or ear discharge, diarrhea, or communicable disease and bathes in a public or semi-public aquatic facility;
- Alter or remove safety equipment or signage from a public or semi-public aquatic facility except in an emergency;
- Alter or damage any part of a public or semi-public aquatic facility enclosure or allows the aquatic facility enclosure to remain unsecured while the enclosure is under repair;
- Alter or damaged drain and/or suction outlet covers or grates;
VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN A PERSON'S EXPULSION OR THE SPLASH PAD TO BE DEEMED NON OPERABLE.
