Health Advisories and Product Recalls

HEALTH ADVISORIES
Health Advisories are advisory and/or cautionary statements from local health officials, state health agencies, or federal health agencies that provide guidance, information, or precautions relating to the health and safety of the residents of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, and the State of Texas. They can relate to weather conditions, disease trends, events that can impact on health or well being, or precautions residents need to take. Visitors should check back frequently as these advisories are posted as quickly as they are received. The Advisories are listed in the archive by date, with the most recent at the beginning and the oldest at the bottom. You may search by date, subject, or by a specific word or phrase.

PRODUCT RECALLS
Product recalls are postings that recall food products, manufactured goods, toys, or other items which the continued use of could impact on the health and/or safety of the public. They include such items as contaminated food and/or drink products, defective merchandise, toys that can be hazardous to children, or other items that can impact on public safety and health. As with Health Advisories, Product Recalls are posted as soon as received, so visitors should check them often for any new updates. The Recalls are listed in the archive by date, with the most recent at the beginning and the oldest at the bottom. You may search by date, subject, or by a specific word or phrase.
