Wichita Falls, Texas- The City of Wichita Falls Utility Collections drive-through is temporarily closed while construction on the west side of the Memorial Auditorium is underway. Water customers may still park and walk up to the kiosk and make a payment. If a customer needs assistance during business hours, contact 940-761-7414.
