The Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District’s Environmental Health Division has started the ordinance review process for the Body Art ordinance.  We would like to invite you to participate in this short survey.  The information collected will help us in our review of the body art ordinance. Once a draft ordinance has been developed, public stakeholders’ meetings where you can provide additional input and feedback on the draft ordinance before it is taken to the city council for a vote, and changes to the ordinance will be posted below.  We are anticipating taking the ordinance to council in the first quarter of 2025.
