Landfill Dumping Use 

The City of Wichita Falls Landfill is open for use by those living in and out of the city limits of Wichita Falls. City residents can use the landfill free of charge, in most instances, but there are fees for certain dumping. All non-resident use, those living outside the city limits, is fee based.

Resident Fee Schedule

If dumping from your PRIMARY RESIDENCE there is no charge.

If dumping from property other than your primary residence the fees are as follows:
A. $30.80 per ton for construction and demolition material.
B. $19.80 per ton for organic material such as grass clippings, tree limbs...etc.

Non-Resident Fees

The fees for non-resident use of the city landfill are as follows:
A. $30.80 per ton for construction and demolition material.
B. $19.80 per ton for organic material such as grass clippings, tree limbs...etc.

Prohibited Items

There are some items that will not be accepted at the landfill:
1. Oils and Oil filters
2. Hazardous Materials
3. Vehicle Tires of any type

Directions

Take Seymour Highway west toward Seymour to Highway 258, located at the Kamay “Y,” proceed West on Highway 258 toward Kamay for approximately one mile to Wiley Road, turn right (North) on Wiley Road and travel two miles to the landfill.
