Retail Food Establishments:

- Retail Food Establishment:

- Medium (2501 - 5000 sq ft)- $270.00
- Large (More than 5000 sq ft)- $320.00
- Retail Food Establishment Mobile (Restricted Operation): $215.00
- Retail Food Establishment Mobile (includes what was previously a commissary fee): $345.00
Caterer:
- Catering only: $270.00
- Add-on for an annually permitted establishment: $135
Sample Permit:

Multi-departmental Grocery Stores:
- Multi-departmental Grocery Store: $215.00
- An additional permitting fee of $135.00 will be charged for each of the following departments at the multi-departmental grocery store:

Farmer's Markets:

Frozen Dessert: $160.00 (Frozen Dessert means soft serve, gelato, frozen custard, frozen yogurt or other frozen dessert prepared by adding a mix to a specialized machine.

Temporary Event Coordinator: $0.00
Temporary permit (if turned in ≥ 5 business days prior): $55.00
Temporary permit (if turned in < 5 business days prior): $80.00
Re-Inspection Fees:
Each re-inspection: $80.00
Soft-serve re-sample fee: $30.00
Plan Review Fees:
New construction: $160.00
Extensive remodel that requires construction: $110.00
Concept change that requires change of equipment: $110.00
Late Fees:
Late Fees: $27.00 for every month expired
The following fees are effective October 1, 2024
Permits:
Swimming pool permits: $211.00 per pool per year (per pool, spa, and/or stand alone public interactive water feature)
Certifications:
Manager of public and semi-public water-related activity operation (Pool School): $53.00 per manager per year.
Re-Inspection Fees:
Re-inspection fees: $27.00 for each failed water sample

7-10 Rooms: $106.00
11-25 Rooms: $132.00
26-50 Rooms: $159.00
51-75 Rooms: $211.00
76-100 Rooms: $238.00
101-150 Rooms: $264.00
151-200 Rooms: $317.00

Late Fees:
Late Fees: $27.00 for every month expired
The following fees are effective July 3, 2025
Certifications:
Initial annual body art operator license fee: $540.00
Renewal annual body art operator license fee: $110.00
Temporary tattoo artist fee: $55.00
Testing Fees
Initial testing fee: $110.00, which covers two attempts to pass the examination, and which amount will be credited toward the initial annual body art operator license fee.
Additional attempts to pass the examination: $55.00, which will not be credited toward any license or permit fees.
Late Fees:
Late Fees: $27.00 for every month expired
The following fees are effective October 1, 2024
OSSF Fees are collected for inspections of new installations or inspections of existing OSSF systems in those areas that the Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District has the Designated Representative authority:
- New Installation-Conventional System: $264.00 (includes $10.00 State Fee)
- New Installation-Proprietary System with ongoing maintenance: $290.00 (includes $10.00 State Fee)
- Property Transfer/Existing System Inspection: $159.00
- Additional Site Visits: $106.00
Note: Fees cover up to two site visits. Extra fee for additional trip.
The following fees are effective October 1, 2024
Childcare/Daycares, Foster Homes, and Schools:
Childcare/Daycare Inspection Fee: $106.00
Foster Home Inspection Fee: $53.00
There are no fees associated with a School Premises Inspection
Grease Traps and Waste Haulers:
Grease Trap Permit Fee: $79.00
Grease Trap Late Fee: $27.00 for every month expired
Waste Hauler/Vacuum Truck Permit Fee: $159.00 per truck
Waste Hauler/Vacuum Truck Late Fee: $27.00 for every month expired
Ambulances and Ambulance Franchises:
Initial Franchise Application Fee: $530.00 (renewed every 5 years)
Annual Franchise Fee: $106.00
Annual permit fee per ambulance: $106.00
There are no fees associated with the Vector/Mosquito Control Program.
